Kedem Tokay is a sweet, full-bodied white wine made from Concord grapes grown in Marlboro, New York, in the Hudson Valley — home to the Herzog family's longtime winery, now part of Royal Wine Corp. Fermented using natural indigenous yeast, it pours a deep amber hue with an unmistakable Concord-grape nose layered with apricot, honey, and jammy berry. The palate is rich and candied, with grape-preserve sweetness carrying through to a smooth finish. Serve well chilled alongside fruit tarts, honey cake, or a cheese plate.
