Kesser Eminent Semi Dry Red is a New York table wine from Joseph Zakon Winery, a Brooklyn-founded producer crafting wines since 1981. Made from French hybrid grapes grown in New York State, the wine is cold-fermented to lock in vivid fruit character, then sterile-filtered so natural grape sugars carry through without re-fermenting in the bottle. Expect a medium-bodied pour with jammy cherry fruit and a soft, sweet edge. Serve well-chilled as an easy sipper, or alongside lightly seasoned poultry and fruit-forward desserts.
