Cristalino fans, this one's a discovery: an añejo aged in barrel, then filtered crystal-clear so it drinks bright and smooth. Komos starts with 100% Blue Weber agave from the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, rests at least a year in French oak white-wine barrels, then passes through charcoal for that clarity. Gentle aeration rounds it out. Expect tropical fruit, citrus zest, and vanilla up front, pineapple and stone fruit on the palate, and a mineral, softly sweet finish. Beautiful neat, over a big cube, or in an elevated margarita.
