Komos XO isn't blended twice — each batch is a single event, never repeated. This Extra Añejo starts with agave hand-harvested from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco's Tequila Valley, then ages three to eleven years across American bourbon barrels and French oak wine barrels before a final rest in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks. Expect chocolate, vanilla, toasted wood, and dried fruit, bottled at cask strength (42% ABV) in an etched crystal decanter. Pour it neat and slow, like a fine reserve spirit.
