From La Forêt Blanche's Neve vineyard in Israel's Judean Hills, this Merlot-led Talpiot Rosé is unoaked and built for immediacy. Aromas of wild strawberry and spring blossom open into a palate of ripe berries and refreshing acidity, with a delicate green-tinged bitterness carrying through to a crisp, medium finish. Part of the winery's Talpiot line, whose name draws on a Hebrew term historically tied to Jerusalem's Temple, it's made to be approachable without losing depth.
