French Selection's La Maison Bleue Sparkling Rosé Brut is a French sparkling wine made from a blend of Carignan, Grenache, and Cinsault, pressed gently to draw out a pale, delicate rosé juice. It's finished using the cuve close (tank) method, a technique that builds fine, persistent bubbles while keeping the wine fresh and approachable rather than heavy. Expect a dry, crisp glass with light red-berry notes and a clean finish. Pour it chilled as an aperitif, or alongside light desserts and fruit-forward cheese plates.
