La Regola Steccaia Costa Toscana Bianco is a 100% Vermentino white wine from La Regola, an organic estate in Riparbella on Tuscany's coast near the Cecina River valley, just a few miles from the sea. Grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards around 50 meters above sea level, gently pressed, and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel before five months of steel aging and a further two months resting in bottle. Expect yellow apple and pear aromas with floral, almond-edged nuances, a fresh, mineral palate, and a lightly bitter finish. Pour it chilled alongside seafood, fresh cheeses, or roast white meats.
