Ledaig is Tobermory Distillery's peated side of the same Isle of Mull stills — smoky where Tobermory itself stays clean. This Sinclair Series bottling starts in ex-bourbon casks, then finishes in hand-selected Spanish Rioja casks, layering rose petal and candied fruit over the peat. Expect Turkish delight and pepper on the nose, almonds and black raspberries on the palate, finishing smoky with red fruit and sea spray. Pour it neat after dinner, alongside dark chocolate or blue cheese.
