Loco Blanco comes from El Arenal, Jalisco — the actual birthplace of tequila production, part of a UNESCO World Heritage agave landscape. The 100% blue agave is hand-picked at 7 to 9 years old, oven-roasted for nearly three days, stone-ground on a tahona, then double-distilled in small copper pots with native-yeast fermentation. The result: bright agave and green apple up front, a whisper of mint and white pepper, and a silky, saline-minerally finish. Sip it neat, or let it anchor a simple margarita.
