Every bottle of the Earling, Iowa distillery's award-winning craft bourbon is made from estate grain grown by the good folks of Lonely Oak. Steeple Ridge Single Barrel Bourbon is matured and polished inside small, charred American White Oak Barrels. Aging in the small barrels develops notes of cherry, vanilla, toffee and a touch of nuttiness that rounds out the finish.
