Made in Guanajuato, Mexico from 100% Blue Weber agave slow-cooked in adobe ovens and double-distilled using the Charentais method, it rests six months in American oak. Expect pale straw color, a nose of white pepper and caramel, and a silky palate of honeyed agave and salinity. Sip neat or in an añejo-style Old Fashioned.
