Lovatelli Monferrato Nebbiolo is a dry red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in Piedmont's Monferrato DOC in northern Italy, a zone of rolling hills with clay, limestone, and sandstone soils that let the grapes ripen slowly. The glass shows deep ruby color with floral perfume, dark fruit, and notes of baked raspberry and tart cherry, backed by firm, well-managed tannins and a hint of toasty oak on the finish. Its structure and acidity make it a natural match for braised meats, mushroom risotto, or aged hard cheeses. Serve at cool room temperature.
