Lvov Spirytus is a Polish rectified grain spirit distilled to 192 proof — among the highest-proof spirits sold commercially. Made from agricultural cereal alcohol, it's distilled four times and filtered four times through activated carbon and candle filtration for exceptional clarity. The Lvov name traces to the historic Polish town of Lvov (now Lviv, Ukraine), home to one of the region's earliest industrial distilleries. Never sipped neat, it's a workhorse base for home-infused liqueurs, bitters, extracts, and flavor-forward tinctures — always dilute before drinking.
