Terso Bianco Veneto is a white wine from Marchesi Fumanelli, a family estate that's been growing grapes in Valpolicella since 1470. This bottle blends equal parts Garganega and Trebbiano Toscano, hand-picked in September from calcareous, clay-rich vineyards outside Verona. Whole-cluster pressed, it ferments in stainless steel before finishing in French oak, developing a golden hue with notes of ripe apricot, golden apple, and a touch of mint and eucalyptus. Pour it alongside roast chicken, aged cheese, or a fish soup for a wine that shows real structure behind its brightness.
