From Marciano Estate's Napa Valley vineyards, Terra Gratia — Latin for "land of gratitude" — is a Cabernet Sauvignon built around a small addition of Cabernet Franc, rested nearly two years in French oak before further time in bottle. Expect a deep garnet pour with layered aromas of dark cherry, violet, and orange peel, giving way to blackberry, fig, and vanilla on the palate, backed by firm tannins built for the cellar. Pour it alongside a well-marbled ribeye or aged hard cheese for a Napa cabernet built to last. Certified kosher and mevushal (OK).
