Odem Mountain 1060 Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Israel's northernmost and highest winery, planted at 1,060 meters on the volcanic slopes of the Golan Heights — the altitude that gives this dry red its name. Odem Mountain sources this Cabernet Sauvignon from a single vineyard and ages it roughly 26 months in French oak, building a deep, concentrated wine with blackcurrant, dark cherry, and cedar notes backed by firm, polished tannins. Pour it alongside grilled or braised red meats, where the oak and dark fruit have room to unfold.
