Old Medley 12 Year Old is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon from the Medley family, whose members have distilled in Owensboro since the 1800s across generations. It's built on a high-corn mash bill fermented with the family's own longstanding proprietary yeast strain, then double-distilled through a copper pot still and rested a full 12 years in new charred American oak. Expect aromas of grain and oak spice, with a palate of cinnamon, caramel, vanilla, and toasted pecan easing into a warm, spice-forward finish. Pour it neat to let the oak and dark-chocolate notes unfold, or add a single rock for sipping.
