Or Haganuz Har Sinai is a port-style dessert red wine from the Or Haganuz winery, made in Israel's Upper Galilee on the northern slopes of Mount Meron. It's a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, hand-harvested and fortified before pressing, then aged in oak barrels that build its toasted, spiced backbone. Expect deep burgundy color, a full, soft-textured palate, and layered notes of raisin, dark cherry, plum, coffee, and chocolate leading to a long finish. Pour it after dinner alongside dark chocolate desserts, dried fruit and nuts, or a wedge of aged cheese.
