Pinto Holot White is a dry Israeli white wine from Pinto Winery, based in Yeruham in the Negev desert. The blend is mostly Roussanne with a splice of Chenin Blanc: the Roussanne ferments and ages sur lie in new oak for added depth, while the Chenin Blanc lends finesse to the structure. Grapes come from Retamim and Yeruham vineyards in Ramat Negev's high-desert terroir. Expect a crisp yellow pour with floral, tropical fruit, pear, and green tea aromas, finishing full-bodied and mineral-driven. Pour it alongside roasted chicken or a rich fish dish.
