Psagot Cabernet Franc is a single-varietal red from Psagot Winery, grown in Israel's Judean Hills. Grapes from two vineyard lots are fermented separately, then blended and aged in old French and Hungarian oak barrels for added depth without heavy oak weight. Expect a medium-bodied glass with berry, tobacco, and leather notes layered over toasted oak, finishing with a refreshing, well-balanced acidity. Its caressing texture makes it a natural match for roasted chicken with herbs, a good slice of pizza, or pasta in red sauce.
