Psagot Rosé is a dry rosé from Psagot Winery, crafted in the Judean Hills north of Jerusalem, where vineyards sit at 700-900 meters elevation in the Jerusalem Mountains. Made from red grape varietals gently pressed and left briefly on their skins in the traditional rosé method, it pours a pale salmon hue and opens with grapefruit and lemon zest, moving into red berry and a mineral edge, finishing dry with a touch of spice. Serve chilled alongside Mediterranean spreads, grilled fish, or fresh salads.
