Psagot Sinai is a red blend from Psagot Winery, grown in the Judean Hills of Israel at roughly 900 meters in the region's northern mountains. The wine combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah, Petit Verdot, and Shiraz, aged in stainless steel tanks fitted with wood staves inside the winery's cave cellar — a natural cavern uncovered while the property was being built. Expect blackberry, pomegranate, and black pepper on the palate with hints of oregano, thyme, and baking spice, backed by smooth tannins and a medium body. Pour it alongside grilled lamb, hard cheeses, or roasted root vegetables.
