The Original Righteous Seven® is the first liqueur made exclusively from the Seven Species of wheat, barley, grapes, figs, pomegranate, olives, and dates. Our neutral grain spirit is made from locally grown soft red winter wheat and two-row barley. Each fruit is macerated with neutral grain spirit and then filtered and combined at specific ratios to create the Righteous Seven® final blend. When introduced in 2019, Righteous Seven® was awarded Double Gold Medals at both the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the SIP Awards International Spirits Competition, along with a Gold medal at The International Review of Spirits.
