Segal Petit Uf Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry red wine from Segal Winery, one of Israel's oldest producers, sourced from the Plateau vineyard high in the Upper Galilee. Left unfiltered and unfined to keep its texture and character intact, the wine ages 18 months in oak barrels before release, developing notes of black currant, blackberry, and mint alongside cranberry and Mediterranean herb undertones. Expect a deep color and silky tannins. Pour it with grilled lamb, braised short ribs, or a sharp aged cheese to match its structure.
