Seven Brothers, a small Geneva, Ohio distillery, mills its own Ohio soft red winter wheat and spring water, then folds in sustainably harvested palo santo alongside pine, mint, and lemon botanicals for a floral, faintly woody spirit with a refreshing finish. It picked up a gold medal at the 2020 Bartender Spirits Awards, judged "reminiscent of sanded wood and freshly cut trees." Pour it over ice or into a simple G&T.
