Sforno Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Bodega Riglos, a Mendoza winery farming estate vineyards in Gualtallary, high in the Uco Valley at the foot of the Andes. That altitude — over 4,000 feet — slows ripening and sharpens acidity, giving this Cabernet Sauvignon real structure alongside its fruit. Expect aromas of black fruit and roasted green pepper, with balanced tannins and a mocha-tinged finish typical of the variety grown here. Pour it with grilled steak or a hard aged cheese to match its weight.
