This single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Shiloh Winery's Heroes Edition — a series built from small parcels farmed by growers who observe the biblical Shemita sabbatical year. Named for the Kerem Avraham vineyard in the Shomron hill country, it pours full-bodied and elegant, layering dark fruit and baking spice over a frame of oak. Well-balanced tannins carry the finish.
