The wine ferments and ages in French and American oak for 10 months on the lees, with partial malolactic fermentation shaping its texture — the combination builds a rounder mouthfeel alongside notes of vanilla, toast, and ripe tropical pineapple. It's a full-bodied Chardonnay built for richness rather than austerity. Pour it alongside roast chicken, seared scallops, or a triple-cream cheese board.
