Teperberg Essence Malbec is a dry red wine from Israel's Samson region, sourced from a single Ayalon Valley vineyard site prized for its cooling evening airflow. The clone-595 Malbec vines are grafted onto vigor-restricting SO4 rootstock and fruit-thinned for concentrated, evenly ripened grapes, then aged in new French oak for structure. Expect dark berry and blackberry notes layered with mocha and baking spice, backed by firm tannins and a rounded, ripe-fruit finish. Pour it alongside grilled steak or aged hard cheese.
