Tomintoul 12 Year Oloroso Sherry Cask is a single malt Scotch from the Tomintoul distillery in Speyside, Scotland. Master Distiller Robert Fleming matures the spirit first in ex-bourbon American oak, then finishes it in Oloroso Sherry butts sourced from Andalucía, Spain, for added depth. Expect dried fruit, crème caramel, and roasted nuts on the nose, giving way to golden syrup, toffee, and fruitcake on the palate, with a warm, spiced finish. Pour it neat after dinner alongside dark chocolate or a slow-burning cigar.
