Tura Mountain Peak is the flagship dry red blend from Tura Winery, a family-run estate founded in 2003 in Israel's Shomron hill country. Grapes come from vines planted 850 meters up on the slopes of Har Bracha, where mountain elevation, morning fog, and rocky terra rossa soil push the fruit toward real concentration. The blend rests 22 months in new French oak, built from the winery's best barrels into a rich, full-bodied red with dark fruit, gentle spice, and firm, balanced tannins. Pour it alongside grilled lamb or aged hard cheese.
