Tura Mountain Vista Valley is a Cabernet Sauvignon–Merlot red blend from Tura Winery, grown on the family estate's mountain vineyards in Israel's Shomron highlands near Har Brakha, roughly 850 meters up. The winemaking team ferments the wine slowly in tank at cool temperatures over about two months, then halts fermentation partway through to preserve some of the grapes' natural sweetness before a fine filtration. The result is a light, aromatic red loaded with ripe red-fruit flavor — best served well chilled alongside dessert or a warm-weather cheese board.
