From a single 2.97-hectare parcel in Spain's Utiel-Requena, this Reserva is built on prephylloxera Bobal vines — ungrafted, over a century old, rainfed at 745 meters on lime-rich clay. Aged 12 months in century-old French oak, then 18 months in bottle, it shows structured tannins and balanced acidity beneath aromas of black cherry and cassis, with cocoa and vanilla carrying through a spicy, balsamic finish.
