From Viña Memorias' family vineyards in Spain's Utiel-Requena appellation comes this Bobal-driven red, part of the producer's Memorias del Rambam line. Grapes are hand-harvested in small crates and gently pressed for a natural fermentation that preserves the variety's structure. Expect a cherry-red pour with ripe red and black fruit, framed by soft floral notes from the Mediterranean hills and bright acidity on the finish.
