The whiskey aging process is influenced by time & place. Aren’t we lucky. These barrels have all been influenced by the greatly varying temperatures & humidity levels of their original source and their time in our Rick House in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The different rick house positions combined with climate variations have led to subtle deviations in flavor & alcohol strength. In this limited edition private barrel program, accounts can taste, pick & buy an entire single barrel of Bourbon. Up from the 12 year, this 13 year release's extra year of age is quite special and no barrel will be exactly the same.
We follow the guidelines set forward by the leading kashrus organizations in America, providing filters that allow our customers to easily observe their own individual level of kashrus. We are not a kashrus organization nor are we certified, and it is strongly recommended that consumers do their own research and speak with their own Rav. All products that are certified require a symbol unless stated otherwise.
