Yatir Creek is the flagship red blend from Yatir Winery, a Carmel Wines venture founded in 2000 with growers in Israel's Judean Hills, where vineyards sit high above the Negev's Yatir Forest. Syrah anchors the blend alongside varying partners like Tannat, Malbec, or Carignan depending on vintage. Expect black cherry, cassis, and black pepper notes, with fine-grained tannins and a fresh, tangy finish after roughly a year resting in large wooden vats.
