Yesod Montagna Vineyard is a Cabernet Sauvignon from Pritchard Hill in Napa Valley, grown on one of the region's steepest, most storied slopes. The elevation lifts the vines above the valley fog into extra sunlight, and older vines rooted in Pritchard Hill's distinctive soils concentrate the fruit into a dense, structured wine. Expect dark berry character, velvety tannins, and a long, refined finish built for cellaring. Pour it alongside braised short ribs or a well-marbled ribeye to match its weight and grip.
