Kesser Zakon Petite Sirah comes from Joseph Zakon Winery, founded in California in 1981 by winemaker Joseph Zakon — the source of the Kesser label. This Petite Sirah is fermented with no sugar added at any stage, letting the varietal's natural character lead: a spicy, floral aroma opens into layers of chocolate and raspberry with a hint of coffee, finishing smooth. Pour it alongside braised short ribs or dark chocolate desserts, where its fruit-forward depth and gentle spice have room to stand up to rich, savory flavors.
