Zion Imperial Rosé is a semi-dry rosé from Zion Winery, produced in Israel by the Shor family, whose winemaking history traces back to 1848 in Jerusalem's Old City — making it one of the country's oldest continuously family-run wineries. The wine pours fresh and aromatic, with bright fruit character and a touch of mild sweetness that keeps it easy-drinking rather than syrupy. It's a versatile bottle for warm-weather sipping: serve it well-chilled on its own, or alongside light salads, soft cheeses, or grilled fish.
